Manhattan: represented New York City Correction Officer charged with Attempted Rape and Sexual Misconduct after soliciting an under-aged girl over the internet, developing a relationship, and later meeting her at a local building in the City. CASE RESOLVED with client serving no jail time.

Manhattan: represented Business Owner charged with impersonating an Officer in a case involving Road Rage. CASE DISMISSED.

Manhattan: represented client accused of engaging in a Drug Sale in concert with a known Drug Dealer in the community. CASE DISMISSED.



The Bronx: represented store manager accused of Driving While Intoxicated– having been arrested with a blood alcohol content of .17 following a severe accident. JURY ACQUITTED OF ALL CHARGES.

The Bronx: represented client accused of ATTEMPTED MURDER after being charged with firing multiple shots at a person with whom we was involved in an ongoing neighborhood dispute. CLIENT SPARED LIFE SENTENCE.

The Bronx: represented a New York City Sanitation worker who was charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Weapon after being found with a handgun and assorted ammunition. CLEARED by GRAND JURY.

The Bronx: represented New York City Correction Officer charged with Assault following a dispute with a patron at an area roller skating rink. ACQUITTED AFTER TRIAL.

The Bronx: represented client accused of Rape. CASE DISMISSED.

Queens: represented a store supervisor charged with Assault and Harassment after biting off a co-worker’s finger. ACQUITTED AFTER TRIAL.

Queens: represented a New York City Correction Officer charged with Aggravated Harassment following a dispute with her estranged husband and his family. CASE RESOLVED DURING TRIAL.

Brooklyn: represented New York City Correction Officer accused of Criminal Mischief after severely damaging her boyfriend’s car when she discovered he was involved in another relationship. ACQUITTED AFTER TRIAL.

Brooklyn: represented New York City Correction Officer charged with DWI as a felony after being arrested outside of his home. CLIENT CLEARED by GRAND JURY.

Suffolk County: represented New York City Correction Officer charged with MURDER for killing three teenagers while Driving Intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .22. ACQUITTED of MURDER-- finding him culpable of lesser offenses.

Suffolk County: represented New York City Correction Officer in a GRAND JURY investigation concerning an accidental shooting which lead to the DEATH of a young mother in a night club. CLEARED by GRAND JURY.

Nassau County: represented client charged with Felony Possession of a Loaded Firearm after firing multiple shots in the air outside of a Nassau County bar. CASE DISMISSED.

Nassau County: represented New York City Correction Officer involved in the shooting DEATH of a person who fired upon him in front of his home. CLEARED by GRAND JURY.

Terminated employee REINSTATED following an administrative trial after he was charged with Assaulting a co-worker. CASE DISMISSED

Terminated employee REINSTATED following an administrative trial after client was charged with sexual abuse and harassment based open a report by a female coworker and companion. CASE DISMISSED.

Correction Officer administratively charged with stealing $1,500.00 from an inmate in his care. Client FOUND NOT GUILTY: ALL BENEFITS RESTORED.

Client AWARDED BACK PAY & BENEFITS following a settlement reached during a Manhattan Jury trial wherein claim of pregnancy discrimination was asserted.
