Meet Edward Mccauley

Edward Mccauley proudly served as an elected COBA Union Delegate from 2016 until his retirement in 2023. It was his honor and privilege to represent the Officers at the George Motchan Detention Center then the North Infirmary Command. He was later appointed to the “Rapid Response Unit” in 2022 where he supported Officers from every facility.

Through the years, he has had the honor of presenting various topics at the annual Delegate seminar.

He proudly joins the Joey Jackson law firm and adds a valuable perspective to the team.
