Biography
Upon graduating from Fordham University School of Law in 2023, Justin Jackson sat for the New York State Bar. While at Fordham Law, he served as an Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and was selected as a member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Team, Fordham’s litigation and courtroom advocacy program. Following graduation, he was recruited to join JOEY JACKSON LAW, P.L.L.C. as an Associate Attorney.
Justin maintains a courtroom-driven litigation practice representing individuals in complex civil and criminal matters. His work focuses on civil rights litigation, personal injury, employment law, and criminal defense, and involves substantial motion practice, discovery, depositions, evidentiary hearings, administrative proceedings, and arbitration.
His civil practice includes matters involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises liability, negligent hiring and supervision, and catastrophic personal injury. Justin also represents plaintiffs in sexual harassment and employment discrimination claims under the New York State and New York City Human Rights Laws, pursuing claims against both individual actors and institutional employers.
