CO C.C. – Officer charged with an incident related to choking wife and causing injury. Evidence and testimony were determined to be insufficient. After trial, the judge determined the officer to be not guilty.

CO K.R. – Officer charged with excessive force during ESU response. Force determined to be necessary and credible evidence showed the Officer was ordered to takedown the inmate. After trial, the judge determined the officer to be not guilty.

CO B.L. – Officer charged with using excessive force against an inmate, making false/misleading/incomplete statements in a UOF Report regarding the use. The original offer from the department was 45 days. After trial, the judge determined the officer to be not guilty.

CO J.M. – Officer charged with using excessive force against an inmate, making false/misleading/incomplete statements in a UOF Report regarding the use. The original offer from the department was 30 days. After trial, the judge determined the officer to be not guilty.
